ObjectivesUnderstand the school-age children of JinShui district various vaccine immunization rates, timely vaccination rate and its influencing factors, to develop with characteristic of JinShui district immunization management measures so as to provide basis; Learn Epi service requirements of different people, further perfect the community health service, targeted to carry out the immunization of health education work, improve the active participation of planned immunization。MothedsUsing general situation questionnaire and children vaccinated children immunization questionnaire, and investigate327cases of parents of school-age inoculation of JinShui district in HeNan province. Using the statistical software SPSS13.0to statistical analysis of data, statistical methods include:the variance analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Results1. JinShui district of children, JianKa card at a rate of100%; Card coincidence rate97.77%;2. The BCG, OPV, DPT vaccine, measles vaccine, hepatitis b vaccine immunization qualified coverage were98.10%,96.19%,97.63%,98.10%,99.12%,"five miao" fully qualified vaccination coverage rate of82.00%.3. The children of JinShui district BCG, OPV, DPT vaccine, measles vaccine, hepatitis b vaccine coverage in time were55.17%,48.23%,73.55%,76.84%,67.84%.4. The factors of different ages, different careers, different marital status, family income, and residence and vaccination point distance the influence of different children immunization rates in time all have statistical significance (P<0.05); To groups of children aged40-timely immunization rate is highest, the influence of the age of60-set minimum; Since the entrepreneur children timely immunization rate is higher than other professions (P<0.05); To live with close child immunization vaccination point distance children timely rate is higher than other groups (P<0.05); The lower family income, the more the patient’s disease uncertainty (P<0.05); Parents educational level, the higher the children, the timely vaccination rate is higher (P<0.05); Multiple regression analysis showed that age, occupation, residence and vaccination distance, family income and parents’ educational level is the most important factors affect child immunization rate in time.Conclusions1. The Epi work have a basic form with specification of JinShui district operation mechanism, JianKa, the rate and the "five" eligible vaccination coverage above95%, immunization work has been accepted by the masses.2. The children of JinShui district based immune vaccine timely vaccination rate is low, have not reached the requirements of the provinces and cities:various based immune vaccine strengthen immunization rates below, and as children age vaccination rate decline in a timely manner.3.children parents age, occupation, family relationships and to live with vaccination point distance, household income and educational level is the influence factors of children vaccination rate in time. Parents of Children’s age, occupation, family relationships and to live with vaccination point distance is the main influence factors.
