[Objective]Through the study of elastic foreskin, the foreskin will result in repair materialfor surgical guidance reasonable coverage, timber, thereby improving the success rateof the operation.[Method]The December2012to June2013circumcision surgery in Chenzhou FirstPeople’s Hospital of Urology lines7to30years old,100patients. By age group:7~14y: Children group (group A36patients);15~18y: youth group (group B32patients);19~30y: Adult group (group C32patients). Inside and outside the boardfrom different parts of the foreskin has been cut (ventral, dorsal, lateral) drawnsequentially in different directions (horizontal, vertical) stretch, stretching theforeskin measuring degrees. After measuring the use of10%formalin-fixed and savedinto pathology. Immunohistochemical staining to detect elastic fibers and elasticfibers in each slice of the foreskin, smooth muscle content, and compare thedifferences between the groups.[Results]1. Analysis of the foreskin of the same part of the same group and outside boardwithout elastic pulling in the same direction of the difference. For A, B, C,respectively, intra group t test, P>0.05, not statistically significant that there was nosignificant difference in the same part of the same group of internal and externalforeskin board pulling in the same direction of flexibility.2. Analyzes the same part of the same group of the same inside and outside theboard ’s foreskin pulled in different directions flexibility whether the differences. Forthe A, B, C groups were t test results, P <0.05, statistically significant, according tothe mean size, can be considered the same part of the same group foreskin elasticityin the transverse to the longitudinal traction is better. 3.Analyze different parts of the same inside and outside the board within thesame group of foreskin in the same direction elastic stretch whether the differences. For A, B, C three groups were analyzed by ANOVA, P>0.05, not statisticallysignificant, sees no significant difference in the same age group in different parts ofthe foreskin inside and outside the board in the same direction on the same stretchelastic.4.Different groups foreskin elasticity analysis whether the differences, namely:whether the relationship between age and foreskin elasticity. Between group A andgroup B, group B and group C, A and group C elastic pairwise t-test, P>0.05, notstatistically significant, there was no significant difference that is independent of ageand elasticity of the foreskin.5.Foreskin thickness and elasticity analysis whether the relationship. Thethickness and elasticity of the foreskin data Pearson correlation analysis, a significantcorrelation at the0.01level (bilateral) on. Believes that the foreskin has a linearcorrelation between elasticity and thickness.6.Analysis between the age group of smooth muscle content of the foreskinwhether the differences. A group of desmin expression level of4.72±0.66, group Bdesmin expression level of4.07±0.55, group C junction protein expression level of3.01±0.82. For A, B, C three groups ANOVA, pairwise comparisons using LSD-ttest, P <0.05, with statistical significance that A, B, C junction protein contentbetween groups was significant. According to the mean size, can be considereddesmin content (ie, smooth muscle content) on the foreskin tissue decreases withage.7.Analysis among various age groups whether the differences foreskin elasticfiber content. For A, B, C three groups LSD-t test, P <0.05, with statisticalsignificance that A, B, C group differences in elastic fiber content was significant.According to the mean size of the elastic fiber content can be considered on theforeskin tissue gradually increased with age. [Conclusion]1. Foreskin in the transverse length greater than the longitudinal stretch.2.Thicker foreskin tissue elasticity worse, and vice versa.3.On the smooth muscle content of the foreskin tissue decreases with age.4.Elastic fiber content on the foreskin tissue gradually increased with age.
