Especially before and after pregnancy as women’s special stage, due to the complex hormone change, great changes have taken place in the vaginal environment. This change, often to the end of pregnancy has important influence.Purpose:Comprehensive research at home and abroad, premature rupture of membrane of the etiology and pathogenesis of exploration is constantly. Since the1950s, people have begun to explore a premature rupture of membrane of the etiology and pathogenesis, and has set up a file from the pure mechanical mechanics research are transferred to the fetal membrane itself structure change and bacteria, virus and microbial infection research. But in the vaginal micro ecological unbalance, vaginal mucosa immune regulation research premature rupture of membrane of the etiology and pathogenesis are not actually many. This study aims to study the normal pregnant women during pregnancy vagina micro environment change rule, by comparing the normal pregnancy outcome of pregnant women and premature rupture of membrane end pregnant women late pregnancy vagina micro ecological status, so as to find out the vaginal micro environment and premature rupture of membrane control relationship.Methods:Select June2011to December2012in our hospital during pregnancy have complete production check the integrity of the history of100cases, age20-35years old. Randomly selected from premature rupture of membrane ending is eight cases, the normal pregnancy outcome of thirty cases. The retrospective analysis take four production inspection of detection data into the experiment. In the seventh week of pregnancy,26th week,36th week and39th week or admission four time points, respectively peep in device (do not use lubricant) with sterile swabs from vagina dome and vaginal wall on1/3acquisition vaginal secretions, each patients every time to return all four vaginal secretions. Income data are selected by using SPSS13.0statistical software for statistical processing. Measurement data to mean±standard deviation (x±s) says, the application of analysis of variance; Among groups data between group t test and chi-square test, P<0.05for difference have statistical significanceResults:(1) set of30cases of normal pregnancy outcome, the gestation period between vaginal pH value and vagina lactobacillus odds ratio, the body immune reaction index, neuraminidase positive rate has no significant difference (P<0.05).(2) groups of test data of the experimental group compared with normal group all have change, and change has a certain regularity, the most obvious change in late pregnancy.Conclusion:1. Normal pregnancy women, in the early, mid, and late pregnancy vaginal microenvironment change has no obvious difference.2. With premature rupture, of membranes as the pregnancy outcome, premature rupture of membranes in before vaginal microenvironment has changed, including vaginal PH, lactic acid bacillus, sialidase positive rate and vaginal secretions in the three kinds of immune factors SIgA, IgE, HD5aspects of change, and change has a certain regularity, the most obvious change in late pregnancy.3. With premature rupture of membranes as the pregnancy outcome, each test index of the vaginal microenvironment changes, with vaginal sialidase positive rate, lactobacilli advantage rate and HD-5change is most obvious, can offer certain predictability hints in clinic.4. Detect vaginal microenvironment, in terms of prediction and prevention of premature rupture of membranes, as feasible prenatal routine examination. |
