The Expression And Significance Of Wnt-1and Secreted Frizzled-related Protein1in The Endometrium Of Patients With IUA

Objective:The purpose of the study was to detect the expression of Wnt-1and Sfrp-1(secreted apoptsis-related prodeinl) in IUA and non-intrauterine adhension patients to discuss the role that Wnt-1and sfrpl plays in IUA.Method:The expressions of Wnt-1and Sfrp-1in the endometrium were investigated by immunohistochemistry,60patients with intrauterine adhesion(IUA) and20patients of nomal uterine cavity with septate were enrolled. The correlation between Wnt-1and Sfrp-1the degree of IUA was analyzed by statistical method.Results:1.The Wnt-1was located in endometrial glands and stoma. The expressions of Wnt-1protein in patients with IUA were higher than the patients with non-IUA(P<0.05). Also, the expressions of Wnt-1in endometrium of patients with severe IUA were higher than the moderate ones, and the patients with moderate IUA were higher than the patients with mild IUA(P<0.05).2.The Sfrp-1mianly located in endomerial glands and stoma. The exprssions of Sfrp-1in patients with IUA was significantly less than in the patients with non-IUA(P<0.05). Also, the expressions of Sfrp-1in endometrium of patients with severe IUA were low-expression than the moderate ones, and the patients with moderate IUA were less than the patients with mild IUA(P<0.05).3.The expression of Wnt-1and Sfrp-1in the endometrium of patients with IUA is negatively correlated (r=-0.713)Conclusion:1.There were high expressions of Wntl in endometrium with IUA, which suggested that Wnt-1may associate with IUA;The research found that the expression of Wnt-1in endometrium was probably associated with the severity of IUA, which suggest that Wnt-1may participate with the severity of IUA.2.There were high expressions of Sfrp-1in nomal endometrium with non-IUA, which suggested that Sfrp-1may inhibit the occurrence of IUA;The research found that the expression of Sfrp-1was gradually decreases with the severity of IUA,which suggest that Sfrp-1may negative correlation of IUA.3.The Wnt-1and Sfrp-1may through the mutual interaction take part in the fountion of intrauterine adhesions.This paper include9pictures,7charts and58references...
