| Objective:To compare the effect of used methods of treatment the cyst by flexible ureteroscope incision, drainage and retroperitoneoscopic unroofing.Metheod:40patients with renal cyst, adjacent to the renal collecting system, divided into two groups. The ages were from44year to75year (averaged61year). The A group is incised and drained by the flexible ureteroscope. And the B group accepted the method of retroperitoneoscopic unroofing. The study is observed by effect of treatment, complication and results postoperative follow-up.Results:There were statistically significant differences (P<0.05) in favor of the study group over the control group in the aspect of the blood loss during the operation, time of operation, Postoperative pain scores and hospital stay after operation. During a follow-up, the renal cyst did not recurred in the two groups. Conclusion:1.The flexible ureteroscope is safe and affective.2.Compare with the the method of retroperitoneoscopic unroofing, through the selecting case, the flexible ureteroscope incision and drainage method is minimally invasive, safe, effective, no pain, fewer complications, shorter hospitalization time, rapid recovery and no incision in the short term.3.The flexible ureteroscope fails to treat the peripheral renal cyst. |
