Objective:To observe the clinical effect of perceptual training for children with intermittent exotropia after surgery.Methods:Total78children with intermittent exotropia were divided into2groups according to whether to adopt with a multidimensional space perception training software for binocular visual function after postoperation. Group A:43cases (23cases (20male and female),regular training group, adopting a multidimensional space perception training software for binocular visual function one week after the operation; group B:35cases (male17, female18cases),control group without any training, check the preoperative and postoperative visual function, comparing the binocular visual function of two groups.Results:1.In78children with intermittent exotropia surgery, with static stereopsis22cases(28.2%) and dynamic stereopsis33cases (42.3%), showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05). 2.Comparison the binocular visual function with preoperative, there was no statistically significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.05).A11levels of the binocular visual function of group A have obviously improved3months after surgery compared with preoperative and showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The simultaneous vision of group B improve obviously, there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).3. The simultaneous perception, fusion function and stereopsis of group A were better than preoperative, and all of the differences showed statistically significant(P<0.05),with group B only the simultaneous vision has improved obviously(P<0.05).4.The reconstruction of static stereopsis and dynamic stereopsis are both closely related with preoperative static-stereopsis,dynamic stereopsis and postoperative sensory percepual training, and the dynamic stereopsis is negative correlation with surgery age.Conclusions:1.Dynamic stereopsis is better than the static stereopsis to intermittent exotropia children.2.Surgical correction for eye strabismus is conducive to the reconstruction of the binocular visual function, especially for the reconstruction of the simultaneous perception. 3.The three-levels visual function are established in order and damaged inversely.4.Having good preoperative binocular visual function and take the perceptual training after surgery is conducive to the reconstruction of the stereopsis.5.Perceotual learning is helpful to the reconstruction of different levels binocular visual.
