Objective:By observing the change of the first trimester threatened abortion patients’clinical symptoms, sex hormone serum levels, growth and development of embryo, CA125serum levels before and after treatment, we can analyzsis the Yangyin Qingre Antai Fang’s curative effect on the first trimester threatened abortion with blood heat and find out the mechanism in it. And discussing reference value of estrogen (E2) and CA125serum levels in evaluating the clinical curative effect and forecasting the pregnancy outcome of the first trimester threatened abortion women.Method:Fifteen cases of normal pregnancy women served as a control group, fifty cases of first trimester threatened abortion women with blood heat served as an experimental group.50cases of first trimester threatened abortion women were randomly divided into2groups, the western medicine group and the combine Chinese and western medicine group. The western medicine group treated with progesterone by intramuscular injection,20mg per day, On the basis of therapy of the western medicine group, combine Chinese and western medicine group in plus Yangyin Qingre Antai Fang for treatment. Two weeks for a course of treatment.The patients should receive at least one course of treating.They should receive the treatment until fetal heart and fetus has fully formed by B-ultrasound. Comparison of E2, P, and β-HCG serum levels in the sensitivity of evaluating the curative effect and forecasting the pregnancy outcome.Comparing the CA125serum levels of15normal pregnancy women (normal pregnant group) by single measured with50cases of the first trimester threatened abortion women’s in pre-therapy. Comparing the CA125serum levels of eventually failed patients with pregnancy continuator’s before and after the treatment. To explore the relationship between CA125and pregnancy and early threatened abortion, evaluate its predicted value of early threatened abortion pregnancy outcome.Results:(1) The symptoms accumulate points for both treatment groups are decreased after treatments, the difference has made statistical significant through test. There is a significant difference in the differences of the symptoms accumulate points between two groups.(2) There is a significant difference in curative effect between two groups (P<0.05). Western medicine group:recovery rate is four percent, markedly improvement rate is fifty-two percent, valid rate is twenty-eight percents, total effective rate is eighty-four percent. The Combine traditional Chinese with western medicine group:recovery rate is twenty percent, markedly improvement rate is sixy-four percent, valid rate is eight percent, total effective rate is ninety-two percent.(3)The levels of sex hormone E2、P、β-HCG for both groups are higher from before to after treatment. It has statistical significant through test (P<0.05). There is a significant difference of leves of sex hormone E2、P、β-HCG in post-therapy between two groups (P<0.05). There is a significant difference between two groups in the difference of E2and P serum levels (P<0.05), but there is no significant difference in the difference of β-HCG serum levels (P>0.05).(4)The fetal forming rate and cardiac formation rate after treatment are increasing than before. But they have no difference between combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group (P>0.05).(5) Comparing the E2serum levels before treatment between the abortive groups and the successful treatment group in those whose progesterone serum levels is lower than20ng/mL. It has significant difference both groups (P<0.05). But there is no significant difference in P and P-HCG levels.(P>0.05).(6) Comparring the CA125serum levels of a single measured of the normal pregnancy group with the first trimester threatened abortion group,there were significant differences (P<0.05), the difference has statistically significant; Comparing CA125serum levels between western medicine group and Combine Chinese and western medicine group before and after treatment,it has significant difference (P<0.05), the difference between the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). The CA125serum levels of pregnancy failure group in pre-therapy were higher than the pregnancy continue group,it has significant difference(P<0.05).The CA125serum levels of pregnancy failure group in post-therapy have no difference than pre-therapy(P>0.05).There is a significant difference in the difference of CA125serum levels in pre and post therapy between pregnancy failure group and pregnancy comtinue group (P<0.05).The CA125serum levels of pregnancy continue group in post group were lower than pre-therapy,it has significant difference(P<0.05).Consequence:Yangyin Qingre Antai Fang has excellent therapeutic effect in treating the first trimester threatened abortion women with blood heat.lt can improve the clinical symptom, enhance the levels of E2、P、β-HCG, improve embryo growth, and decrease the CA125serum levels. The E2serum levels have the better reference value than P and β-HCG in predicting pregnancy outcome and evaluating curative effect. Monitoring the CA125serum levels has definitely clinical value in evaluating the risk of threatened abortion. Combine CA125serum levels with other methods has higher accuracy than a single measurement.
