Document Analysis And Clinical Study On Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome With Harmonizing Liver And Spleen Method

Objective:This paper discusses the document analysis and clinical research of harmonic liver and spleen method for the treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome. Providing a treatment and direction of thinking of comprehensive view of the overall and also providing a better method for treatment of IBS-D and train of thought.MethodrThrough analysis conclude and related documents of prescriptions and pathological mechanism of harmonizing liver and spleen. Sum up the experiences of several physicians on IBS and using the method of harmonizing liver and spleen.Syndrome differentiation should use a different card type of segmentation,Respectively,l.Type of liver diseases by spleen,2.Stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency,3-Spleen deficient by liver,4.Damp heat in the spleen and the liver.5.Liver and spleen deficiency. Discussed the syndrome treatment and mechanism of action. In combination with clinical research studies verify the analysis.According to the relevant standard for clinical study design, using the randomized,and controlled method,30patients diagnosed with diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome and TCM syndrome of the liver-spleen disharmony were divided into traditional Chinese medicine treatment group (15cases) and western medicine control group (15cases).The treatment group adopted harmonic method of liver and spleen and treatmented with Chinese medicine decoction, making the control to the horse d bromide (Shute), the total course of4weeks.Result:By using SPSS17.0statistical analysis that compared with the control group the treatment group had statistically significant difference.(P<0.01),the treatment group in improving the TCM syndrome is better than that in control group as a whole.In terms of main symptoms integral. After comparison in the group,the comparison group, in the treatment group,diarrhea, abdominal pain or discomfort depressed, or irritable had more significantly statistical difference than before.(P<0.01). The symptoms of heave a deep sigh and loss of appetite also had more significantly statistical difference than before (P<0.05).This suggested that the treatment group patients could reduce symptoms of appeals and had good therapeutic effect. The symptoms of diarrhea, abdominal pain or discomfort in control group had a significant statistical significance than before (P<0.01).The symptoms of depressed or irritable, heave a deep sigh, loss of appetite had no statistical difference than before (P>0.05).Three symptoms integral of depressed or irritable, heave a deep sigh, loss of appetite had statistically difference (P<0.05).This suggested that the treatment group which used the reconciliation of liver and spleen method was better than the control group.on improving the symptoms of IBS.Conclusion:The method of harmonic liver and spleen can treat diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome who had the type of liver-spleen disharmony.This method had a satisfactory clinical effect and better than pure western medicine treatment.
