The Analysis Of299Cases Of Sublingual-plunging Ranula Cost Of Hospitalization

Objective:To investigate the299Cases ofsublingual gland cyst (Plunging ranula) characteristics of the hospitalization expenses and influencing factors of hospitalization cost. Factors influencing the cost difference between the hospitalization of sublingual gland cystpatients,in order to reduce patients medical cost burden on and to find effective ways to control the growth of medical expenses. Methods:Statistical description tothe general information of collection patients (During2006-2013,the sublingual gland cyst patients in Department of maxillofacial surgery of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous people’s Hospital and the Xinjiang Medical University First Affiliated Hospital) Statistical analysis and the application of ANOVA and multivariate linear statistical analysis of cost differences factors regression. Results:A total of299cases, including98cases from the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous people’s Hospital,201cases from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, collected. Analysis of299cases, the young adults group (20-49years old) patients number were more then other groups, and the female more than male.299records the average hospitalization expenses6808.82Yuan, the median is6575.43Yuan, the highest35163Yuan, the lowest1563.92Yuan; Medicine charges is the highest proportion (39.46%),treatment costs for the second (31.62%). Multivariate analysis showed, different stations, anesthesia, bed fee, medicine charge, test (containing radioactive fees, laboratory fees, inspection fees) fee, treatment fee, operation fee, anesthetic fee and other (including the allocation of beds and other expenses) fee is factors influencing cost difference between the hospitalization.Conclusion:Sublingual gland cyst peak incidence in young adults, the female more than male. The influencing factors of hospitalization expenses of single disease medicine costs account for the total proportion of hospital costs significantly, single disease price fixing is one of the controls of single disease cost method for, and it’s the one of the effective methods.
