| Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of the biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation on normal delivery by three-dimensional ultrasound. Methods:60vaginal delivery primiparas who give birth at the Five Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University during March2012-March2013, divided them into two same groups stochastically named A and B, B groups used biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation for8weeks,20healthy nulliparas with matched age, height, body mass index as control group during the same period. At postpartum6weeks and14weeks, measure the diameter of the levator hiatus (Levator hiatal area, LHA), anteroposterior diameter of levator hiatus (Levator hiatal anteroposterior diameter, LHAP), transverse diameter of levator hiatus (Levator hiatal lateral diameter, LHLR) and circumference of levator hiatus (Levator hiatal circle, LHC) by transperineal three-dimensional ultrasound at three different states (including rest, Valsalva action and levator ani muscle maximum contraction) and compare them. Results:(1) The comparison of A group and control group:At rest, Valsalva movements and levator ani muscle contraction state, the measurement data of postpartum6weeks is greater than postpartum14weeks and control group, there was significant differences at control group and another two groups(P<0.05), between postpartum6weeks and postpartum14weeks there have significant differences respectively (P<0.05).(2) The comparison of B group and control group: At rest, Valsalva movements and levator ani muscle contraction state, the measurement data of postpartum6weeks is greater than postpartum14weeks and control group, there was significant differences at postpartum6weeks and another two groups(P<0.05), between control group and postpartum14weeks there were no significant differences respectively (P>0.05).(3) The comparison of A group and B group:the measurement data of postpartum6weeks are all no significant differences respectively (P>0.05), the measurement data of postpartum14weeks are all significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:There are impact of natural vaginal delivery on levator hiatual morphous, the biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation is effective on vaginal delivery women, there is significant for diagnosis and treatment PFD by three-dimensional ultrasound. |
