| Objective:To objectively analyze the manifestation of sleep disorder and clinical characteristics in patients with parkinson’s disease (PD) by polysomnogram(PSG) throughout a night and investigate the potential factors related to sleep disorders and probable pathogenesis in PD. Methods:Thirty three patients with PD and thirty three of ageã€BMI and sex etc.matched patients as the controls were monitored by polysomnographic (PSG) evaluation. Results:the occurrence rate of early awakening (4例,12.1%) fragmented sleep(25例,75.8%)and REM sleep without atonia(16例,48.5%) in PD patients group were remarkably increased than that in controls; There are not marked difference in S2%ã€S4%between the two groups, the percentage of awakening time occupy total sleep timeã€NREM%ã€S1%in PD patients group were remarkably increased than that in controls, S3%and REM%in PD patients group were remarkably decreased than that in controls; There are not statistics difference in sleep structure parameter between PD patients whose course of disease under2years group and controls.4ã€The percentage of awakening time occupy total sleep timeã€NREM%ã€S1%in PD patients whose course of disease more than2years group were remarkably increased and S3%ã€S4%and REM%remarkably decreased than that in controls; The percentage of awakening time occupy total sleep time in PD patients whose course of disease under2years group were remarkably increased and REM%remarkably decreased than that of PD patients whose course of disease more than2years group. Conclusion:1ã€The main clinical manifestations of PD patients with sleep disorder are early awakeningã€fragmented sleep and REM sleep without atonia.2ã€There is obvious sleep structure turbulence in PD patients:the time of light sleep become longer and deep sleep become thin and it is the diseaseã€it’s courseã€age and medicine concuirented.3ã€Though disease’s course affected the sleep disorder obviously, in early stage sleep of PD patients was damaged. |
