Electronic Dyeing With Indigo Carmine-methylene Blue Double Staining Of Application Research Of Early Gastric Cancer Diagnosis

Objective:By comparing the electron staining endoscopy narrow-band imaging (narrow band imaging, NBI)technology and indigo carmine meilan staining in the d iagnosis of early gastric cancer, and its application value in the ESD surgery, to in vestigate the value of NBI in clinical. Methods:This article finally in34patients with endoscopic suspected early gastric cancer, among which20NBI, indigo carmi ne meilan staining group of22people, both in the lesion site take line organizatio n pathology inspection. When diseased tissue pathology results indicate for early ga stric cancer, the application of small probe endoscopic ultrasonography examination, to observe the pathological changes of invasion depth, any ESD surgical treatment, pathological biopsy tissue remoed all send, again confirmed the diagnosis of early gastric cancer, and record the patient operation time and bleeding, abdominal pain and discomfort occurs on the number of cases. Application of statistical analysis s oftware analysis comparing NBI endoscopy and indigo carmine-methylene blue dou ble staining endoscopy under the diagnosis of early gastric cancer, ESD operation t ime and bleeding, abdominal pain and other adverse reactions. Results:NBI and i ndigo carmine-methylene blue double staining group and the accuracy of the diagn osis of impact on ESD operation time was statistically significant (P<0.05); Two groups on the abdominal pain, acute bleeding adverse reaction has no statistical sig nificance (P>0.05). Conclusion:NBI and ESD to the diagnosis of early gastric ca ncer surgery time is much better than indigo carmine-methylene blue double stainin g group, and indigo carmine-methylene blue double staining allergic reactions such as increase the risk of ESD operation, so the narrow-band imaging NBI endoscopy is better than that of staining endoscopy.
