Objective:To study the clinical features,the difference of clinical characteristics and HPV detection status between patients with different regions and nationalities in patients with CIN in xinjiang tumor hospital, provide the basis for prevention and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods:This study collected and analysed1710patientes pathologically diagnosed as CIN by the Tumor Hospital of xinjiang Province from2009to2013.Results:1. CIN patients:the main region was the Urumqi and Northern Xinjiang (69%); major disease groups were workers and cadres,56.1%.The incidence of CIN had significant distribution characteristics with significant ethnic,regional, occupation, culture, age of marriage,pregnancy, production time, contraception.2.1052patients who underwent in1710cases of CIN patients HPV testing, with789cases of HPV positive. The positivity of HPV was75%, HPV positive rate rised with a gradual increase trend in cervical lesions.HPV positive rate did not condated with age, occupation, educational level, age of marriage, the total number of delivery, contraception.And the number of pregnancy, nationality, address were significantly associated,the correlation was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The constituent ratio of CIN has increased year by year. The constituent ratio of Uygur patients with CIN are showing a tendency to increase. The constituent ratio of Han patients with CIN are showing a tendency to decrease.The constituent ratio of CIN had significant distribution characteristics with significant national regional, occupation, culture, age of marriage, pregnancy, production time, contraception. The cervical dysplasia were subject to the HPV infection, and along with CIN rank’s elevation. HPV positive rate hasn’t associated with age, occupation, educational level, age of marriage, the total number of delivery, contraception, and the number of pregnancy, nationality, address has region have significant correlation, the correlation was statistically significant (P<0.05). We should strengthen the cervical lesion screening and management of working-age women, in order to prevent the occurrence of cervical cancer much better.
