Objective:To compare total hip replacement and Bipolar hemiarthroplasty arthroplasty treatment old aged unstable type femoral neck fracture curative effect. Methods:Retrospective analysis168cases of unstable femoral neck fracture patients with total hip replacement in89cases,79cases of bipolar hemiarthroplasty arthroplasty. Results:Patients with bipolar hemiarthroplasty group surgery time, blood loss, transfusion volume is less than the total hip arthroplasty group [(66.44±9.96) min vs (85.30±14.60) min],[(361.78±78.82) ml vs (550.90±149.74) ml],[(292.67±103.52) ml vs (400.40±99.79) ml](P<0.05);1-year postoperative Harris hip score total hip arthroplasty group is superior to double pole hemiarthroplasty group (Z=-8.96, P<0.05). Conclusions:Total hip arthroplasty is better than the clinical treatment of bipolar hemiarthroplasty, but requires tolerance for surgery patients than bipolar hemiarthroplasty, should be combined with the physical condition of the patient and the clinical activity is expected to select the most appropriate surgical plan.
