| Objective To investigate the effect on SVV when PEEP levels were used on patients with Acute Respiratory Distress treated with mechanical ventilation and predict cardiac pre-load and the changes of hemodynamic. Methods:Thirty critical patients diagnosed acute respiratory distress syndrome with the new definition of the2011European Berlin were enrolled in this study with MV in EICU from September2012to October2013.The changes in SVV and CO recorded with Vigileo system were determined on different r selected PEEE levels of5,7,9,11,13,15mmHg.At the same time, record the index of MAP. Given these patients central venous catheter on the right side, recording the changes of CVP.Results:Higher PEEP led to a significant increase on SVV〠CO.However, the changes of MAP had no significance Analysising changes of SVV induced by high PEEP showed a significant correlation (r=0.986,P<0.001).The changes of CO significantly correlate with the changes of CO (r=-0.985,P<0.001).At the13mmHg level of PEEP,SVV point of the lack of capacity. Conclusion:Higher PEEP can significantly reduce the Cardiac pre-load.SVV can be the useful index of the changes in Cardiac preload induced by high PEEP,and giving fluid replacement in time. |
