Objective:To investigate the antimicrobial resistance and microbial distribution of2012in Xinjiang, and to explore ways of bacterial drug resistance monitoring network construction. Methods:All pathogenic distribution and resistance were analyzed statistically by retrospective study and WHONET5.6. Results:A total of18374clinical isolates. In gram-negative bacilli, enterobacteriaceae bacteria accounted for65.6%,non-fermentable sugars Gram-negative bacilli accounted for34.4%. In staphylococcus aureus and coagulase-negative staphylococci, the average rate of detection of methicillin-resistant strains were44.7%and74.6%, respectively, linezolid and vancomycin-resistant strains were not detected. In Enterococcus bacteria, the dung enterococcus for the testing of antibacterial drug resistant rate were significantly lower than excrement enterococcus, vancomycin-resistant dung enterococcus and excrement enterococci detection rate were4.9%and2.8%, dung enterococcus resistant to teicoplanin detection rate was11.1%, which was significantly higher than the excrement enterococci, resistant to linezolid Enterococcus faecalis and feces enterococci. In streptococcus pneumoniae, according to intracranial infections fold point, penicillin resistance rate was68.9%; Enterobacteriaceae Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae Bo bacteria resistant to carbon green enzyme class accounted for0.8%~9.2%, carbon the green enzyme Greek class remains highly active. Penicillium acinetobacter baumannii on carbon alkene antibiotic resistant rate higher than that of paeruginosa. It resistant to many kinds of antimicrobial agents or extensive drug resistance. Conclusions:Xinjiang region is common bacterial drug resistance situation, the network system is improved and innovated.
