Study On Significance And Expression Of S100A11ã€14-3-3ã€Gstp And HnRNPA2/B1in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma | | Posted on:2015-10-22 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:L J Zhu | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2284330434465972 | Subject:Pathology and pathophysiology | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Objective:To investigate the expressions of S100A11ã€14-3-3ã€Gstp and HnRNPA2/B1on esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and the clinical significance. Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of S100A11ã€14-3-3. Gstp and HnRNPA2/B1in68cases of ESCC and48cases of normal esophageal tissues, and their correlations to the clinicopathologic characteristics of ESCC were analyzed. Results:(1)The positive rate of S100A11.14-3-3ã€Gstp and HnRNPA2/B1expression is separately55.9%(38/68).69.1%(47/68).60.3%(41/68) and54.4%(37/68) in esophageal carcinoma tissues; the positive frequency of them in normal tissues is separately25%(12/48),33.3%(16/48)ã€27.1%(13/48) and29.1%(14/48), The differences have statistically significant (Ps<0.05).(2)In different gender. age. national, tumor size and different infiltration depth expression of S100A11have no significant difference (Ps>0.05); The express in various degrees of differentiation. with or without lymph node metastasis and different clinical stage have significant differences (Ps<0.05).(3)In different gender, age. nationalã€tumor size and different infiltration depth expression of14-3-3have no significant difference (Ps>0.05); The express in various degrees of differentiation, different depth of infiltration. with or without lymph node metastasis and different clinical stage have significant differences (Ps<0.05).(4)In different gender. age. national. tumor size and different infiltration depth expression of Gstp have no significant difference (Ps>0.05); The express in various degrees of differentiation. different depth of infiltration. with or without lymph node metastasis and different clinical stage have significant differences (Ps<0.05).(5)In different gender. age. national. tumor size and different infiltration depth expression of HnRNPA2/B1have no significant difference (Ps>0.05); The express in various degrees of differentiation. different depth of infiltration. with or without lymph node metastasis and different clinical stage have significant differences (Ps<0.05). Conclusion:(1) S100A11ã€14-3-3〠Gstp and HnRNPA2/B1may play a certain role in the occurrence and development of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.(2)The expression of S100A11ã€14-3-3and Gstp have significant differences in various degrees of differentiationã€with or without lymph node metastasis and different clinical stage. Thus, they may have certain guiding significance on the malignant degree of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma judgment.(3)The expression of HnRNPA2/B1in various degrees of differentiation and with or without lymph node metastasis have significant differences. It may be closely related to the occurrence and development of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Further research is expected to become the indicators for early diagnosis about esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. The research provide theoretical and experimental basis for discussing pathogenesisã€the early diagnosisã€malignant degreeã€prognosis judgement and individualized treatment on esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, S100A11, 14-3-3, Gstp, HnRNPA2/B1 | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
