Clinical Study On Antidepressant Drugs And PPI In The Treatment Of Refractory Reflux Esophagitis

Objective: To investigate the flupentixol melitracen combined PPI inthe treatment of refractory reflux esophagitis.Methods: The123cases of refractory reflux esophagitis with anxietydepression were randomly divided into two groups,both the two groups weregiven esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets40mg,1times perday,Double-blind administration:The No.1group took drugs1,2times perday, The No.2group took the drug2,2times per day, after the end of4-weeks-treatment, the1st drugs was confirmed Flupentixol melitracen andthe No.1group is the test group, the2nd drugs was Placebo and the No.2group is the control group,so for the experimental group(65patients),deanxiwas added(1tablet,2time per day)，while for the control group(58cases), aplacebo was added(2time per day).The endoscopy grading、Anxiety andDepression Scale、clinlcal symptom were collected and analyzed statisticallybefore and after the treatment.Results: After4weeks of treatment,RDQ scores of the experimentalgroup was significantly lower than the control group, the experimental group: 23cases (35.38%) got almost complete remission of symptoms:a significanteffect;30cases (46.15%) patients’ symptom scores got significantly lowerthan before, no significant efficacy in patients of only12cases (18.46%),theeffective rate was81.53%.There is no significant improvement of the declinedegree in scores in the control group, only6cases’ symptoms scorescompared with the previous declined, the majority (81.54%) patients got noobvious effect, the effective rate was10.34%, the experimental group wasmuch higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The anxiety(t=-12.57、 depression(t=-12.57) situation of theexperimental group were improved significantly compared with the controlgroup, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).but there was nosignificant difference between the gastroscopic grade of the two groups(P＞0.05).Experimental group had6patients with mild dry mouth andconstipation, but no patient had blurred vision,After1-2weeks of adaptation,dry mouth symptoms disappeared, only two cases of patients withconstipation need to add laxatives, and the two cases got complete remissionafter treatment, the control group had no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion: PPI combined flupentixol melitracen is curative for thetreatment of RRE, and may improve patients’anxiety and depression status.
