Yiqi Huoxue Decoction On Postpartum Hemorrhage After Cesarean Delivery Of Rehabilitation

Objective:To investigate Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean delivery of rehabilitationMethods:The60cases of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean delivery are randomly divided into experimental group and control group in a1:1ratio.The second day after the surgery,the patients start take medicine. Experimental group:(TCM decoction+Ferrous succinate). TCM, oral, ldose/day. Ferrous succinate, oral, lpiece,3times/day. Control group:(Ferrous succinate). Ferrous succinate, oral, lpiece,3times/day.(Altogether19days.).The42th day after the surgery,the patients get back for review. We observe the two groups from the following aspects:fundus descent,ventilation time,initiating lactation period,lochia,the duration bloody lochia,the duration of lochia,blood,gynecological b-ultrasonography.Collected data are analyzed by SPSS19.0software.Results:The general information of two groups of patients are analyzed by variance analysis.Before treatment, the patients in age, height, weight, gravidity, parity, gestational age, intrapartum hemorrhage,2hours postpartum hemorrhage,24hours postpartum hemorrhage, the difference is not statistically significant (P>0.05), comparable.Compare the two groups, the fundus descent of the first3,4,5days after the surgery, postoperative ventilation time, initiating lactation period, lochia of the first3,4,5days after the surgery, duration of bloody lochia, lochia duration, the blood red blood cell count of the5th day after the surgery, hemoglobin of the5th day after the surgery,uterine size of the5th,42th day after the surgery were statistically significant (P<0.05or P<0.01).During the observation period in all cases found no significant adverse reactions. All the safety indices are in the normal range.Preliminary clinical application of the drug may prove safe and reliable.Conclusion:Yiqihuoxue Decoctionbe is viable on postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean delivery of rehabilitation, and the clinical application is safe and reliable.
