| Background and Objective:Distal radius fracture is one of common clinical fractures. Its high incidence, in all the fracture patients, about17%of distal radius fractures. In the various types of distal radius fractures, unstable fracture healing on wrist after impact is bigger, is increasingly attention. Based on the research, and measurement of unstable fractures of the distal part of the radius of X-ray data and wrist joint function score, and for ordinary small splint and intelligent airbag instability small splint for the treatment of distal radius fracture curative effect comparison, for the clinical treatment of unstable distal radius fracture to provide the reference.Methods:This paper has been to the unstable distal radius fracture of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine fully aware of the collection of the distal radius. Collect the radius of30patients with unstable fracture, are from Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine orthopedics in04,2013to February2014. Cases will be divided into ordinary small splint (15cases) and intelligent airbag small splint (15cases) in the two groups, respectively measuring into group,24hours after treatment,1week,2weeks,3weeks and4weeks of patients with X-ray palm Angle, Angle and radial shortening. To small splint after the first January, February first, the first3months of wrist joint function score. And use SPSS16.0software statistical analysis of clinical data.Results:Through data analysis, this study shows that in palm Angle, P<0.05, suggesting that intelligent airbag small splint in maintaining the stability of the dip Angle is better than that of ordinary small splint. In respect of foot Angle,3weeks and4weeks, P values<0.05, suggesting that relative to the average small splint, intelligent airbag small splint can give foot Angle to support more stable. In terms of radial length to maintain, no difference between the early and late intelligent airbag small splint was slightly better than the ordinary small splint. Starting from the anatomy of the score, P<0.05, suggesting that the effects of unstable distal radius fracture, intelligent airbag small splint is superior to the ordinary small splint. Through to splint after the wrist joint function score, find intelligent airbag small splint instability for the treatment of distal radius fractures have more effect for early functional exercise.Conelusions:Overall, the unstable distal radius fractures, two small splint treatment can always be achieved. Then from the wrist joint function assessment, and the anatomy of the score, number of times, bandages and fracture drop, intelligent airbag small splint are better than ordinary small splint fixation effect is good. |
