Study On Relationship Between Governor Vessel And Somatic-symptoms In Patients With Depression

Objective:Through the analysis of the body in patients with depression symptoms and Governor Vessel point of tenderness, collection, clear correlation between somatic symptoms of depression and Governor Vessel point of tenderness, diagnosis and treatment of depression in clinical acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods:Based on the investigation of somatic symptoms of depression and improve application of Han "the depression body symptom questionnaire" to meet the inclusion criteria of186cases of inpatients with depression were unified questionnaire, spine examination, information input and the establishment of the database; the use of STATISTICA7statistical software, association analysis was performed for each vertebral body and each somatic symptoms, finally draw the conclusion.Results:(1)There are6association rules between depression and Governor Vessel points, respectively is T2,T3,T4,T5,T6,T7.The association between somatic symptoms of depression and Governor Vessel point results for:There are3association rules between dizziness headache and Governor Vessel points, respectively is T5,T6,T7.There are2association rules between Chest discomfort and Governor Vessel tenderness points,respectively is T6,T7.There are3association rules between Gastrointestinal discomfort with Governor Vessel points,respectively is T5,T6,T7There are3association rules between insomnia and Governor Vessel points, respectively is T5,T6,T7.There are2association rules between Paresthesia and Governor Vessel points, respectively is T6,T7.There are3association rules between fatigue and Governor Vessel points, respectively is T5,T6,T7.There are4association rules between Memory reaction force decreased between Governor Vessel, respectively is T4,T5,T6,T7.The association between Du pain point and somatic symptoms of depression can be seen, T2-T7and somatic symptoms of depression are highly correlated, respectively is:there is an association rules between T2and somatic symptoms of depression, T2and sleep disorders. In order to Governor Vessel point and high correlation of spinal segment for treatment of somatic symptoms of depression is a better choice for clinical acupuncture.
