Objective:Observation of patients with MO LAGB weight changes and complications before and after operation, to evaluate the efficacy and safety of LAGB.Methods: Analysis of our hospital from August2005to August2013, the clinical data of63cases of obesity patients treated LAGB。Results:This group of63cases of LAGB operation were successful, no transfer laparotomy. Operation time of50-170min,an average of85min,The bleeding of5-50ml,an average of17ml,No surgical death, and no intraoperation complications.postoperative hospitalization was2-9day, the average5day.6leases of postoperative follow-up,Follow-up6-96months, Weight reduction10-69kg, average28kg,The EWL%is52.8%.Full set of MO patients preoperative obesity related complications such as hyperlipidemia, diabetes, hypertension, sleep apnea syndrome, etc all have different degrees of improvement or cure.27patients with hyperlipemia lipid returned to normal,18patients with high blood pressure, blood pressure down to normal,16cases with diabetes blood sugar down to normal,12patients with glucose tolerance abnormal glucose tolerance back to normal.27patients with hyperlipemia lipid returned to normal,18patients with high blood pressure, blood pressure down to normal,16cases with diabetes blood sugar down to normal,12patients with glucose tolerance abnormal glucose tolerance back to normal.Full set of no malnutrition and other complications occurred Conclusion:LAGB is minimally invasive, safe, operation is simple, weight loss rate can be adjusted, lasting weight loss effect, can alleviate or anesis obesity complications, improve patient quality of life.
