The Application Value Of FTS In Gastric Cancer Radical Surgery

Objective:System evaluation of application value of FTS in gastric cancer ra dical surgery.Methods:Electronic databases including PubMed,the Cochrane Library, EMASE, SpringLink,CNKI, Medline, Chinese biomedical literature database,Articles Digital Periodicals, VIP database and so on. The date of search was between Janua ry2000and July2013.All the randomized controlled trials and non randomized co ntrolled studies were included for meta-analysis with RevMan5.2software. Results: Seven studies involving5in foreign languages,2in Chinese were identified. There were594patients of gastric cancer radical operation. Meta-analysis results showed that FTS in gastric cancer radical surgery compared with traditional gastric cance r radical prostatectomy,the postoperative ventilation time for the first time (SMD=-1.66,95%CI:-2.33～-0.98,P<0.05), the postoperative hospital stay (WMD=-2.04,95%CI:-2.46～-1.63,P<0.05), the total hospitalization cost (SMD=-0.62,95%CI:-0.91～-0.34,P<0.05) had statistically significant.the operation time (WMD=3.89,95%CI:-6.59～14.37,P>0.05), the intraoperative blood loss (WMD=1.78,95%CI:-12.79～16.35, P>0.05), the intraoperative lymph node cleaning the number (WMD=-0.49,95%CI:-3.15～2.17,P>0.05), the incidence of postoperative complications (OR=0.78,95%C I:0.37～1.64,P>0.05), the readmission rates ((OR=2.01,95%CI:0.36～11.29,P>0.05) had no statistical significance. Conclusion:FTS in gastric cancer radical surgery is safe and feasible as a whole.
