Objective:Study the association of between Angiotensin-converting enzyme gene (Ace), apolipoproteine (ApoE) gene polymorphism and abnormal helit Syndrome, Proposed theoretical assumptions Ace, ApoE gene polymorphism is associated with abnormal helit Syndrome. Methods:Using the methods of case-control studies, According to the standard of "Uighur Medical Diagnosis", choose abnormal helit Syndrome group515examples,308cases of normal helit Syndrome as control group, Useing HMR-polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for genotype of Ace gene and ApoE gene, Analysis the association of between Ace gene, ApoE gene tag SNP and abnormal helit Syndrome. Results:1) Ace^ApoE gene genotype frequency of abnormal helit Syndrome and normal helit Syndrome in accordance with Hardy Weinberg equilibrium test, Has AGroup representative;2) the Ace gene rs4293site main genotype for AG, main allele for A in abnormal helit Syndrome and normal helit Syndrome; rs4344site main genotype for AG, main allele for A; rs4303site main genotype for GG, a small number of allele is T; rs4461142site main genotype for CT, main allele is C; rs8075924site main genotype for CC, afew allele forT; rs4316818site main genotype for CT, main allele for T; rs12451328main genotype for CC, a few alleles for T; rs4353main genotype for AG, main allele G, A.ApoE gene rs405509site main genotype for AC, main allele for A in abnormal helit Syndrome and normal helit Syndrome; rs769450site main genotype for GG, a few alleles for A; Ace gene rs4353sites GG genotype frequency and G allele frequency in abnormal helit Syndrome higher than normal helit Syndrome (P<0.01), May be related to abnormal savda production.
