Objective:Study the chemotherapy interim18F-FDG PET/CT in staging and detecting in patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma In clinical value (DLBCL). Methods:The clinical data of42patients with DLBCL, who under went PET/CT scan; The cases were pathologically proven, before treatment or2-4weeks chemotherapy cycles F-FDG PET/CT imaging; All the data of this study, use SPSS17.0to analyze SPSS17.0processing evaluation. Results:Firstly, In two groups of patients age, sex, clinical stage, were observed in the SUVmax value before chemotherapy and no statistically significant difference; Secondly SUVmax in between the two groups, delta SUVmax display: SUVmax value, delta SUVmax had statistical significance in chemotherapy; Compared with effective group SUVmax is on the decline before treatment, low level, in; Invalid group SUVmax level is high, is on the rise. Delta SUV max also shows that effective group is on the decline, invalid group is on the rise; Thirdly, The SUVmax ROC curve display area under the curve0.918(p<0.01), the sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy were96.8%,81.8%,93.2%. These difference had1significant difference. Conclusion:In the middle of chemotherapy for DLBCL patients18F-FDG PET/CT imaging for evaluation of clinical curative effect has a great clinical application value.
