Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of supplementation of probiotics enteralnutrition support in patients with severe acute pancreatitis, and explore the protective effect of probiotics on intestinal mucosal barriereffect and maintain the balance of intestinal flora, we’ll compare the related indicators of patients’blood and the change of intestinal bacteria colonizing populations between Enteral nutrition group and the Enteral microecopharmaceutics nutrition group. Methods:Select104cases of severe acute pancreatitis patients who are in accordance with the inclusion criteria as the object of study. These cases were treated in Pancreatic surgery, People’s hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from2012May to2013July. The patients were randomly divided into routine enteral nutrition group(control group) and enteral microecopharmaceutics nutrition group (observation group) by using the method of Random Number. Compare the patients with hospital stay, pain disappearing time, infection rate, intestinal mucosal barrier function and intestinal microflora between these2groups. Results:Both two kinds of nutrition have positive improving effect in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. In the combined effects of probiotics, the observation group enteral nutrition significantly shorten and decreased abdominal paindisappearing time, hospitalization time, infection rate, serum amylase and serum lipase. Significant differences exist by comparing to the control group (P<0.05); For Enteral microecopharmaceutics nutrition patients, the total number of intestinal Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus significantly increased after treatment while Enterobacteriaceae decreased significantly. There was significant differences between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:Enteral nutrition therapy with probiotics can effectively regulate the microecology balance of intestinal flora, reduce SAP damage in intestinal mucosa, and protect intestinal barrier function. To improve the clinical efficacy of enteral nutrition in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. It is worthy of further clinical study and application for the clinical curative effect in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis by improving enteral nutrition.
