Clinical Research On Chan Zhen Combined With Acupuncture To Treat Psoriasis Vulgaris Of Blood Stasis Pattern

Objective:To observe the effect of Chan zhen combined with acupuncture to treat psoriasis vulgaris of blood stasis pattern. Methods:56cases of blood stasis type of psoriasis patients were randomly divided into four groups:needle-cut group (acupuncture and deafness cutting),cutting group (analog acupuncture and deafness cutting),needling group (acupuncture and analog deafness cutting), and control group (analog acupuncture and analog deafness cutting).There are14cases in each group.A conventional Chinese treatment (a decoction of medicinal ingredients) is given to the four groups once a day. And at the same time deafness cutting and acupuncture treatment are given to each of the group once a day. A course of treatment includes seven days. Observation of psoriasis area, the degree of seriousness,their PASI score,TCM syndrome score,changes in blood flow indicators of each group before and after treatment was carried out.Results:The total effective rate of four groups is as follows:92.86%in needle-cut group (13/14),57.14%in needling group (8/14),28.57%in cutting group (4/14),14.29%in control group (2/14).The PASI scores of four groups decreased(P<0.05). With analysis, the main effect of deafness cutting is P<0.05,the main effect of acupuncture is P<0.05,the effects of interaction of acupuncture and deafness cutting P<0.05.In terms of improving TCM syndromes score: by factorial analysis,the main effect of ear cutting:P<0.05,with statistically significant;the main effect of acupuncture:.P<0.05,with statistically significant;the interaction effects of acupuncture and ear cutting:P<0.05,with statistical significance.Improve blood flow indicators:blood flow indicators were lower of patients in four groups before and after treatment,but not significantly decreased (P>0.05).Conclusions:This study confirms above the basis of conventional prescription, interaction with Chan zhen and acupuncture can reduce PASI score,blood stasis symptom score, and if using them together is even more effective. Therefore,the combination of both is probably the good method to treat this disease in clinic.
