Methotrexate (MTX) Therapy And Triple Therapy Alone(MTX+HCQ+SSZ) Treatment System Evaluation Of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective:System evaluation methotrexate therapy and triple therapy alone comparative efficacy and safety of the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Method: Computer etrieval, PubMed, EMBASE, the Cochrane library NRR, CCTS and the Chinese biomedical literature database (CBM). Manual retrieval (a Chinese major orthopaedic journals. Collect methotrexate therapy alone compared with triple therapy treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (ra) randomized controlled trials of methodological quality of the study and evaluation. The statistical software USES Revman5.0provided by the Cochrane collaboration.Results:A total of eight randomized controlled trials, a total of603cases, including methotrexate monotherapy group of310cases,293cases of triple therapy group.Meta-analysis of the results showed that:triple therapy of rheumatoid arthritis can significantly reduce the number of swollen joints in patients (WMD=-1.40,95%CI:-1、40～0.97, P<0.05),number of joint tenderness (WMD=-2.31,95%CI:-2.54～2.09, P<0.05), duration of morning stiffness (WM)=-0.56,95%CI:-0.64～0.47, P<0.05) and rheumatoid factor (WM)=-0.71,95%CI:-0.88～0.53, P<0.05). Conclusion: Compared with methotrexate monotherapy, triple therapy in the joints (including the number of swollen joints, number of painful joints, morning stiffness) on the improvement of more effective, reducing the rheumatoid factor is more obvious, as the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis the method in clinical practice.
