| Objectives Production CVS models after SAH by injected the autologous blood into thecisterna magna of the rats twice (interval48hours). Observe the changes of thehippocampal CA1neurons histological of SD rats after SAH, to understand the impact onhippocampal structure after CVS. Through observation and analysis of microvessel densityin rats`hippocampal CA1region, study the changes in hippocampal CA1after SAH on themicrocirculation. After SAH, located ventricle choroid plexus tissue appears on thestructural changes will have a direct impact, through organizational changes observed afterSAH rat choroid plexus, and understand the impact of the microcirculation of SAH.Methods Healthy adult male SD rats90, were randomly divided into experimental groupand control group,30, for the control group only two femoral artery puncture cisternalsblood, not injecting any reagent, make the2nd operations after48hours. The experimentalgroup, autologous blood injection into the cisterna magna twice, twice the interval for48hours. The blank group and the control group in the related experimentalresults in no obvious abnormality.Conclusions Cisterna magna injection two times can be established SAH model, Themodification model is reliable to perform the changes of pathological about CVS afterSAH. The microcirculation affected after SAH, choroid plexus structure producedifferent degrees of damage. The apoptosis of neurons in CA1area of appearance afterSAH. Microvessel density is decreased of the region of Hippocampal CA1after SAH,which affects the hippocampus tissue metabolism. |
