In recent years, with the improvement of the level of economic and cultural level, thetraditional model of health services has failed to meet the growing needs and expectations.Although our healthcare in recent years has made great progress, the level of developmenthas a long gap with people’s needs and expectations. The private hospital is a new force ofthe healthcare industry in recent years, and it’s development is also subject to restrictionssuch as the size and resources. Marketing Research of private hospitals still remains at thelevel of qualitative analysis, instead of maneuverability. Therefore, it has importantsignificance to propose a practical marketing plan for the survival and development ofprivate hospital, and for improving and healing our healthcare system.Describing the actuality and the future of private hospital by environment analysis ofthe health service today, and defining strengths and weaknesses of private hospital whoneeds boosting up, it is feasible not to be defeated by its competitors. Providing the theorybased on the study of Search Engines Marketing of private hospital, proposing some copingtactics in this regard by discussing status quo and problem of Search Engines Marketing(SEM) of private hospital, and identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats,quality supervision and support can be provided to supervisees working for SEM relatedissues. The analysis and conclusions can also be used for the reference of preventing thesimilar accident and the proposing marketing tactics and countermeasure of SEM. Then thedissertation put forward the corresponding rationalized tactics according to existingproblem of SEM. By applying the theorem of cluster analysis, the classification ofattributes is discussed strategies in long term. SEM project is being planned and constructedfor private hospital.Finally, based on patient satisfaction and improving service marketing strategy,keyword clustering analysis shows marketing strategy of SEM of private hospitals.According to its own development strategy in line with their own development, long-termmarketing strategy provides support for the theory and practice.
