Comparison the clinical difference in2013and in2012atthe same time of hospitalized patients with CAP.Methods Selection on February1to March31with CAP for the first diagnosisof Shanghai sixth people’s hospital wards of all adult patients with a total of194cases,and the group of patients with the same period in2012, a total of104cases werecompared.Results In2013patients hospitalized patients with CAP have a greaterpercentage of fever; On admission, heart rate slower, the frequency of breathing faster;But a cough with phlegm and cough up phlegm decline; Group in2013patients with chest CT performance for a higher proportion of the interstitial pneumonia, Group in2013patients with CURB-65score higher on admission and hospitalization dayslonger.
