| Objective Ductoscopy explore the value of the diagnosis and treatment of pathologicnipple discharge of the disease, and whether it is the early detection of breast cancer offers aneffective way.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital106cases of patients with nippledischarge duct endoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of data, Of intraductal non-occupying nipple discharge line lumen lavage; placeholder for sexually transmitted diseaseswithin the catheter guidewire positioning after routine surgery,and then with the pathologicaldiagnosis for comparative analysis.Results106cases were successfully checked ductoscopy diagnostic dilation ofmammary duct in42cases, Diagnosis of intraductal papillary neoplasms58cases,6cases ofductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS);Pathologic nipple discharge differences in the distribution ofvarious diseases in different age groups were statistically significant, dilation of mammaryduct30age group (42.9%),intraductal papilloma neoplasms occurs40age group (32.8%);while ductal carcinoma in situ is50-year-old group (66.7%);Pathologic nipple dischargedifferent nature of each statistically significant difference in disease distribution,Duct ectasiawith water-based samples (42.9%),intraductal papillary serous tumors mainly(48.3%),while9cases of intraductal carcinoma were bloody discharge (100%);A total of68cases of nipple discharge patients underwent surgical treatment, duct ectasia four cases,58cases of intraductal papilloma,ductal carcinoma in6cases. Pathological diagnosis rate,intraductal papilloma84.5%(49/58), and intraductal carcinoma was83.3%(5/6), total coincidence rate was84.4%;38cases of patients with duct ectasia after ductal lavage nippledischarge medication symptoms were significantly improved or cured.Conclusion Pathologic nipple discharge is more common in intraductal papilloma, andserous discharge based; in bloody nipple discharge, the probability of malignancy in womenolder than50years more than50%; Ductoscopy pathologic nipple discharge is currently themost effective diagnostic method;ductoscopy able to directly observe the internal mammaryartery disease, benefit of early diagnosis of breast cancer. |
