Objective Analysis related factors of hyponatraemia after pituitary toimprove surgical techniques, reduce the sodium metabolism and guide treatmentand prevention.Methords Collected108cases of surgical treatment of pituitary adenomasclinical data, according to the corresponding diagnostic criteria, the abovecases were divided into sodium normal group and hyponatremia group. Use theLogistic regression to analysis the relationship between pre-and intraoperativeand hyponatremia among various factors postoperative pituitary adenoma.Results108patients with pituitary adenoma appeared different degree ofpostoperative hyponatremia, including28cases with hyponatremia.28cases ofhyponatremia in5cases diagnosed as cerebral saltwasting syndrome (CSWS),6cases diagnosed with syndrome of inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone(SIADH),7cases were diagnosed with diabetes insipidus (DI), the rest of the10cases failed to diagnose clearly. The time of hyponatremia also appearsignificantly different,6patients appear between1~3days,18patients appearbetween4~7days,7patients appear after7days. After active treatment, mostpatients with hyponatremia have been corrected, the treatment time4-20days, average (7.45±2.58)days. Multi-factor analysis of hyponatremia: We will age, gender, tumors size, tumor growth pattern, resection degree, tumor types6indexas influencing factors establish logistic many factor analysis model, linelogistic regression analysis. The results show: tumors size(beta=0.494,P=0.037),resection degree (beta=-0.623,Ρ=0.041),tumor-growth-pattern(beta=1.053,Ρ=0.023)is the influence ofpostoperative hyponatremia. The above six indicators chi-square test resultsshow: tumors size, tumor growth pattern have significant differences in pituitaryadenoma incidence of postoperative hyponatremia. Conclusions Sodium metabolic disorders more common to hyponatremia inPituitary adenomas postoperative. Statistical analysis of the results show thatthe causes of hyponatremia with CSWS most common. Hyponatremia occurs4~7daysafter surgery is common.Tumors size, tumor growth pattern, resection degree andoperation time are related to hyponatremia. There are no obvious differencesbetween the three groups by the chi-square test. The pituitary adenomapostoperative hyponatremia is caused by many factors. However, these threereasons have different and even opposite treatment methods, have a directrelationship with the patients. Therefore, the correct analysis of the causesof hyponatremia caused due to diagnosis and treatment is particularly important.
