With the rapid development of society and technology, hot environments areprevalent in a lot of workplaces. When working in these environments, heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature and other physiological parameters may obviouslychange, and the health and safety of human body will be endangered. Heatacclimation could improve the ability of workers to adapt to the extremeenvironments and reduce the influences of environment and work intensity on humanphysiological parameters. The experiment was conducted in this paper to study theeffect of heat acclimation on human body, the impacts of temperature andpsychological intervention on heat acclimation effect was analyzed and theacclimatization characteristics of every physiological index during the heatacclimation training process was learned at last.Male university students were selected as the subjects in this experiment, and thechamber in Tianjin University was used to simulate the hot environments. Thetemperature and relative humidity in the standard testing mode was38℃-40%, andthe temperature and relative humidity in the heat acclimation training mode were36℃-40%,38℃-40%,40℃-40%and40℃-40%+beautiful music respectively. Thesubjects were asked to do the stair-exercise with the speed of28beats/min during theexperiment, and the physiological parameters such as heart rate, blood pressure, respiration, rectal temperature, skin temperature, the amount of sweat, sweat quantity,two-point threshold, fatigue degree and thermal sensation were measured. It could be found from the data in the experiment that, the heat acclimationtraining had a significant effect on cardiovascular system, respiratory system, energymetabolism rate, temperature regulation system, body fatigue and thermal sensation, thus heat acclimation training could achieve the goal of reducing the effects oftemperature and work intensity on heat stress responses and improving the ability ofhuman body to adapt to the environments. By comparing the influences of trainingtemperature and psychological intervention, the heat acclimation effects were found toimprove to a certain extent when raising the training temperature or playing thebeautiful music during the experiment. Finally, the heat acclimation period of everyphysiological parameter during the training was got according to the experiment data, and the heat acclimation degree of each physiological parameter was quantified to understand the acclimatization characteristics better. Thus, the study in this paperprovides a theoretical foundation and basis for the future research and practice.
