MethodsClinical data collected from January2009to December2011, Ningxia Medical UniversityGeneral Hospital Urology admitted135new cases of superficial bladder cancer patients,Before its general hospitalization, treatment during hospitalization, postoperative recovery, postoperative infusion of specific drugs, with or without recurrence and survival of thecurrent status of follow-up, etc. Follow-up time of3-44months, mean27.5months.According to age, gender, ethnicity, clinical stage, histological grade, parts of differentfactors, the number, size and different infusion drugs group, statistical analysis ofpostoperative recurrence. Result A total of122patients were followed up,102males and20females, male to female ratio is about5:1; aged22-86years, mean59.8years; Hui10cases,112cases of other nations; Ta76cases, T146cases;101cases of low-gradeurothelial carcinoma, high-grade urothelial carcinoma21cases; side walls, rear wall79cases,27cases of Delta and neck, the top of the front wall16cases; using pirarubicin perfusion in62cases,28cases of epirubicin, mitomycin17cases,15cases of vincristine. All patientsundergoing transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT). Univariate analysis showedthat age, grade, number and diameter with superficial bladder cancer recurrence after surgery, and multivariate analysis showed that only grade and superficial bladder cancer recurrenceafter surgery. Conclusion Age high-level, multi-tumor and diameter>3.0cm tumor surgerymore likely to relapse. Among them, high levels are superficial bladder urothelial carcinomarecurrence of the most important risk factors. |
