Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Effects Of Medical Device Use In H Hospital

With the continuous development of China’s social economy and culture, people onthe level of health care services is increasing, and the medical device is the material basisfor medical and health work, therefore, the hospital must increase investment, with leadingtechnology of medical device, to meet the needs of the society. Under normalcircumstances, the medical device accounted for about50%of hospital fixed assets, is animportant part of hospital resources, if properly managed, can maximize the efficient useof equipment, to bring good economic and social benefits to the hospital; if not properlymanaged, will cause theidle and waste of medical resources, will bring a heavy financialburden to the hospital. Therefore, the use of management of medical device is an importantpart of hospital management. Using H hospital medical device use effect as the researchobject, through the research of evaluation method and index system for quantitativeassessment and analysis, the use of medical device.The purpose of the study lies in thediscovery process equipment use and management problems, through the quantitativeresearch on these problems to provide reference data for the future purchase of hospitaldevice and effective use, but also to provide the scientific basis for decision-making ofhospital management. The significance of the study, to conduct a comprehensive evaluationon input use medical device use effect, caused by the Department how to effectively use theissue, at the same time, the Department managers according to the relevant evaluation indexsystem, targeted to increase savings. This paper analyzes H hospital medical device useeffect evaluation system of the social background, the actual situation of H hospital,introduces the theory of design evaluation system of tracking, including the theory ofequipment use effect, theory of equipment management, evaluate the technical efficiency ofmedical device, cost and service items of medical device charge. This paper adopts themethod of case study, starting from the situation of H hospital medical device, in-depthanalysis of causes of equipment idle or inefficient operation, evaluation of qualitative andmethods to measure the effect of the use of medical device department. Through in-depthinterviews and questionnaire survey, combined with the needs of economic management ofH hospital, constructed using the comprehensive evaluation system of H hospital medicaldevice, and screened using result analysis of a representative group of medical device,compared to its use were quantified, the assessment results.
