To Explore Out ZUOGUI Pills Effect On Immune Function After Surgery For Gynecologic Malignant Tumor

Objective:Research the influence of immune function after surgery for gynecologic malignant tumors and the improvement of the kidney essence deficiency syndrome with the treatment of the traditional Chinese medicine ZUOGUI pills. Then make full use of traditional Chinese medicine with more scientific into the patients, especially the malignant tumor postoperative with physical weakness, low immunity, which can effectively prevent various complications because of low immunity. Meantime, improve the patients’ quality of life after surgery.Method:Selecting the patients with a total of 60 cases, who were operated (uterus and double annex) because of gynecologic malignant tumors (including endometrial tumor, ovarian tumor and cervical tumor), and the disease of traditional Chinese medicine pertain to an "abdominal mass", "cancer", or "consumptive disease", belonging to the kidney essence deficiency syndrome. Randomly and averagely divide into 2 groups:The experimental group oral ZUOGUI pills with ZHONGJING card, each 9 grams and twice a day. The control group did not drug intervention. Observe the treatment for 3 months, collecting the blood samples before and after the treatment, detecting the content of CD4, CD8, NK and CD4/ CD8 with Flow cytometry instrument. While evaluate Traditional Chinese syndrome integral of kidney essence deficiency syndrome and observe incidence and degree of the complication during the test.Consequence:1. Prior treatment, taking the data, of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral between the experimental group and control group into analyzed. Compare the P values of hot flashes of night sweats (P= 0.686), soreness and weakness of waist and knees (P2= 0.812), tired weakness (P3= 0.857), dizzy (P5= 0.79), and insomnia and dreaminess (P6= 0.052) between the two groups are greater than 0.05. Objective the immune index detection, the CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8 ratio and NK of the control group are 37.03±8.79, 23.30±7.30,1.76±0.74, and 20.26±11.47; Then on the experimental group are 36.63±7.51, 23.70±7.36,1.71±0.71, and 20.31±9.33.Comparing the P values of peripheral blood CD4(P= 0.957), CD8 (P= 0.950), CD4/CD8 ratio (P= 0.969) and the NK (P= 0.762) in two groups were greater than 0.05.2. After 3 months of treatment later, taking the experimental group and control group clinical data of the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral statistical into comparison. The hot flashes and night sweats syndrome (8.62%), soreness and weakness of waist and knees (13.22%), tinnitus and deafness (8.62%), dizzy (12.07%) and insomnia and dreaminess (1.72%) on the control group be rising trend, but the syndrome before and after treatment comparison P values were greater than 0.05. While the hot flashes and night sweats syndrome (24.14%), soreness and weakness of waist and knees (16.09%), tinnitus and deafness (10.34%), dizzy (8.62%), insomnia and dreaminess (9.2%) and fatigue and weakness on the experimental group are declining trend. The comparison P values in the group before and after are less than 0.05. On the objective immune index detection, the content of CD4 (29.96±7.34) and CD4/CD8 ratios (1.35±0.53) are significantly lower, CD8 (24.83±8.61) and NK (22.54±8.46) are on the rise in the control group peripheral blood. But in the experimental group peripheral blood, the CD4/CD8 ratio (1.81±0.77) and NK (21.52±9.55) are on the rise, while the content of CD4 (35.04±7.55) and CD8 content (21.51±6.61) are on the decline. Compared the P values of CD4 (P= 0.012) and CD4/CD8 ratio (P= 0.011) in the peripheral blood between two groups are less than 0.05. Compared the P values of CD8 (P = 0.194) and NK (P= 0.668) in the peripheral blood between two groups are greater than 0.05. Meanwhile, take the incidence and degree of the complication data of two groups into statistical analysis. Compared the P values of respiratory tract infection (P= 0.018) and urinary tract infection (P= 0.016) are less than 0.05.Conclusion:ZUOGUI pills can effectively improve the kidney essence deficiency syndrome, those of the postoperative suffering gynecologic malignant tumor, enhance immunity, and reduce the incidence of infectious diseases and degree because of the low resistance. Meanwhile, it can effectively improve the tumor patients’ immune function status, the content of the activity of peripheral blood CD4, and reduce the content of CD8, balance the CD4/CD8 ratio, to maintain the immune state of steady state.
