Objective:To observe the correlation of finger strength and hand function and to test the reliability of muscle testing in clinical application at different periodsMethods:Measuring the maximum hemiplegic hand grip and pinch strength and finger pressure of 30 patients with primary unilateral stroke patients at different times(at the time of admission and after 1 month rehabilitation) application of intelligent hand function evaluation system, performing Brunnstrom(hand) and UE-FM movement evaluation, Barthel index, each project measurement 3, take the maximum value for statistical analysis, performing the same detection again 1 days later.Results:1 Before the treatment of hemiplegia, maximum grip and pinch strength, finger pressure and Brunnstrom staging(hand) and UE-FM(upper) have highly positive correlation, maximum grip strength, BI index finger pressure and moderate have positive correlation, and coefficient between pinch strength and BI index is not statistically significant. 2 After the treatment of hemiplegia, maximum grip and pinch strength, finger pressure and Brunnstrom staging(hand) and UE-FM(upper) have highly positive correlation, maximum grip strength, BI index finger pressure and moderate have positive correlation, and coefficient between pinch strength and BI index was not statistically significant, the correlation coefficient is lower than before the treatmentConclusion:1 For stroke patients with hand dysfunction, assessing their maximum grip, pinch and finger pressure can well reflect the functional state, can be used as a quantitative, objective analysis of the hand function of patients with stroke.2 For stroke patients with hand dysfunction in different periods, the maximum grip, pinch, pinch refers to the maximum pressure have different clinical evaluation correlations. Objective:To investigate the influence of the intelligent training system of hand function combination of conventional rehabilitation on stroke hemiplegic upper limb function. Methods:Thirty patients with stroke hemiplegia dysfunction were randomly divided into control and experimental group. The control group received conventional occupational therapy; intelligent hand function test group received rehabilitation training system, two patients received once a day for 30 minutes each week 5 days of treatment, a total of 20 treatments, while the other two groups were undergoing routine rehabilitation. Patients before and after treatment were evaluated by Brunnstrom(hand) staging, UE-FM(Fugl-Myer arm) score, and Barthel refers to the number table evaluation, and maximum grip strength, pinch strength, pinch finger pressure detection.Results:1 After treatment, the two groups are improved significantly in Brunnstrom(hand) stage, UE-FM score, Barthel index, maximum grip and pinch strength, finger rated pressure than before treatment(P<0.05). 2 The two groups after treatment Brunnstrom(hand) stage have not significant difference in UE-FM score, Barthel index, maximum grip and pinch strengthConclusion:1 Occupational therapy and intelligent hand function evaluation and training system can effectively improve the upper limb function of patients with hemiplegia and activities of daily living.2. The intelligent hand function training system and promote the recovery of upper limb function were not significantly superior to occupational therapy. 3. Intelligent hand function training system can be applied to the rehabilitation of stroke patients with upper limb dysfunction.
