To Observe The Clinical Effect Of Treatment Of Low Back Pain After Unilateral Interbody Fusion With Pedicle Screw Fixation By Huoxue Thitong Soup

Objective:To Observe the Clinical Effect of treatment of Huoxue Thitong soup with celecoxib in Low Back Pain after Unilateral Interbody Fusion with Pedicle Screw Fixation.Methods:There are 64 cases which had been chosen by the Nanjing Military Region General Hospital of Fuzhou from 2013 July to 2014 December in Department of orthopedics after Unilateral Interbody Fusion with Pedicle Screw Fixation with Low Back Pain,including 38 males and 22 females;aged 38 to 70 years old,,average of 53.3 years.Disease stage:L3-4(5 cases),L4-5(28 cases),L5-S1(25 cases);The fixed segment:on the left side of the 23 cases, on the right side of 37 cases;Using randomized controlled method, according to the doctor order randomly assigned into 2 groups:A group:The experimental group (30 cases),take the medicine, get rid of impurity, wash and take the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in water for 30 minutes, excessive fire covered after boiling, then gently fry after 20-30 min,take the juice 200 ml, points two oral,, twice a day. in the morning and evening,a total of 14 days.B group:The control group(30 cases)take Celecoxib 200mg once a day,a total of 14 days. Applied statistics to compare two groups of patients with gender, age, disease stage and fixed position; Before the treatment,1 week after treatment,2 week after treatment,at the end of two groups of patients after treatment VAS score, finally, within the two way comparing VAS score between the set of changes;Before the treatment,1 week after treatment,2 week after treatmen,at the end of two groups of patients after treatment JOA score, finally, within the two way comparing JOA score between the set of changes;Before the treatment,2 week after treatment,at the end of two groups of patients after treatment Lumbar spinal motion, finally, within the two way comparing Lumbar spinal motion between the set of changes;Before the treatment,2 week after treatment,at the end of two groups of patients after treatment Blood Rheology,finally,within the two way comparing Blood Rheology between the set of changes.Results:1、60 patients were followed up for success, two groups of patients’ age, sex, disease stage, fixed position, course is no obvious differenc;2、The two groups before treatment, VAS, JO A, lumbar spine mobility were no obvious difference of hemorheolog;3、The two groups before treatment,1,2 weeks after treatment VAS more obvious difference in the group, all can improve the symptoms of low back pain;The two groups before treatment and after 1,2 weeks treatment comparison between late march group have obvious difference, the treatment group can effectively prevent lumbar fusion and internal fixation recurrence of lower back pain;4、The two groups before treatment,1,2 weeks after treatment JO A comparison in the group have significant differences, all can improve the patients quality of life;.The two groups before treatment and after 1,2 weeks treatment comparison between late march group have obvious difference, the treatment group can effectively improve postoperative patients quality of life; 5、The two groups before treatment, treatment group 2 weeks after lumbar spine mobility in comparison with obvious difference, all can improve patients with lumbar spinal motion;The two groups before treatment and after treatment comparison between late march group, known in treatment group is better than the control group;6、The two groups before treatment, treatment within 2 weeks the blood rheological group comparison have obvious differences, all can improve the blood rheology;The two groups before treatment and after treatment comparison between late march group, treatment group in the treatment of 2 weeks end to improve the whole blood viscosity (high), whole blood viscosity (low shear), plasma viscosity is better than that in control group;7、 Clinical total results:Huoxue Zhitong soup group fusion is obviously better in treating lumbar lower back pain.Conclusion:Huoxue Thitong soup in the treatment of lumbar unilateral single gap arthrodesis has significant clinical efficacy, lower back pain more advantages especially in medium and long term effect, worth clinical promotion.
