Objective: Through interviews of unmarried young malignant tumor patients’ parents, insight into the unmarried young parents take care of children in malignant tumor patients during the innermost feelings, to identify the psychological impact of the care of their children for their parents, help to develop a targeted intervention measures, can in order to further improve the unmarried young patients with malignant tumor parents provide reliable theoretical basis for the physical and mental health.Methods: By describing a phenomenological research methods, adopt the method of purposive sampling, after the informed consent of the respondents, with eight unmarried young patients with malignant tumor parents semi-structured in-depth interviews, recording the whole interview process, while listening to observe the participants’ behavior, expression change, when the volume, audio, and quality of information and record, the recording information word for word into the text data, and double check it. Interview content by using Colaizzi analysis method are analyzed.Results: Parents of unmarried young cancer patients’ psychological experience when caring for children can be summarized into five themes: 1 Passive to accept The research object of this study parents when their children diagnosed with malignant tumor, feel doesn’t know what to do. Because they think the malignant tumor is a kind of disease that is not easy to cure. So when they heard the children had malignant tumor, they fear may losing their child,they don’t know what is a good case in a panic, and feel mind blank. Skepticism and deny the facts: 1.1 Shockdoubt whether test results misdiagnosis. 1.2 Doubtsome respondents do not believe that this unfortunate event will happen on their own. 1.3 Denied some respondents in extreme pain, psychological insurmountable, think about their unfair fates. 2 Active treatment Parents believe in the study of the malignant tumors are a threat lives of their children, but they are under the threat, the children will still be hopeful, expect after treatment to save their children’s life. Also found that this group of parents will let children treated actively, can not give up any opportunity for the treatment of children’s diseases. 2.1 All one’s heart and follow the doctor’s instructions Under the background of the current medical technology is developed, some parents hope to improve the children’s survival, so they strictly follow the doctor’s instructions.2.2 The active treatment, do not regret Sometimes when facing treatment effect is poor, they still insist on treatment, with all the power of interpretation of a parent’s love. 3 Under psychological pressure alone Take care of children in the process of care, heart and soul, at the same time for fear of child pressure and affect the treatment itself, therefore deliberate hide their feelings of grief, and rarely is passed to the world of inner emotions. 3.1 Unable to communicate effectively Some parents because the child to hide the actual condition, which leads to the communication between children and need to cover on the surface, the inner emotions do not agree with the external expression will greatly increase the psychological pressure load. 3.2 Lying about Due to various reasons do not want to share their feelings with others.
