By granulation tissue regeneration to repair the exposed bone surface, not only destroys the blood supply of the mandible, but also affect the growth center of the mandible. This study aimed to explore the new way that mucoperiosteal flap repairs palate fistula avoiding a large number of exposed bone surfaceMethods:Tomographic mucoperiosteal flap surgery fully retain the palatal bone periosteum and focus on protection of the palate large neurovascular bundle in the case of completely tension-free. 32 patients. with Palatal fistula who were diagnosed in First Hospital of Shijiazhuang City during January 2014 to March 2015 were selected to be repaired with with this method of treatment. The method do not produce a large area of exposed bone surface directly without a thick cord scar formation and inimize blood supply to the upper jaw Compared with the traditional operation. And also the method can reduce the impact on the maxillary teeth together and Growth, If palatal fistula format again, doctors can still select other parts of the organization flap to repair. If the fistula is generated again, you can still take advantage of the tissue flap of other parts to repair. This method has been clinically proved an ideal feasible new surgical methods.
