| Objective: By color Doppler ultrasound in breast masses, summarize its two-dimensional images and Doppler blood flow characteristics, compared with the results of pathologic examination, to improve the accuracy of ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors, And to explore the value of ultrasound-guided Mammotome Biopsy System in diagnosis and treatment of breast lumps.Methods: The group of 517 cases of patients with breast masses were using color Doppler ultrasound inspection, according to the two-dimensional image of the tumor and to determine color Doppler characteristics of benign and malignant tumors, and finally were analyzed by pathological findings and tumor try to analyze the benign and malignant breast tumor-specific ultrasound image performance. The 430 cases of benign breast lumps were randomly divided into different groups according to the traditional surgical method of treatment(n = 200) and Mammotome surgery group(n = 230). Were compared operative time, postoperative healing time, blood loss, scar size and postoperative complications of the ultrasound guided minimally invasive Mammotome system in the application of clinical discussed.Results: The group of 517 cases of breast lumps in patients with pathologically confirmed benign breast tumor patients 430 cases, 87 patients with malignant breast tumor cases; 517 cases of breast tumor pathology patients, accurate diagnosis of 490 cases of ultrasound diagnosis was 94.78%. Ultrasound-guided minimally invasive Mammotome system of 230 cases of benign breast tumor excision, ultrasound showed a peeling knife out and the entire process of breast lumpectomy and guide the success rate of 100%, this group showed tumor surgery complete removal, and removal of single tumor minimum time is 3.5 minutes, a maximum of 40 minutes, the average clearing time of 9.5 minutes, and the mass diameters between 5mm to 25 mm best. Ultrasound-guided minimally invasive Mammotome system further ultrasound diagnosis of 50 cases of malignant breast tumor biopsies were effective.Conclusions: Color Doppler can be used as the preferred method foradiagnosis of benign and malignant breast lumps. The appearance of ultrasound-guided Mammotome Biopsy System has the advantages of resectiong of benign breast mass has definite effect and safety of postoperative especially for 5 ~ 25 mm lumps best; Ultrasound-guided Mammotome Biopsy System can be used as the preferred method biopsy of malignant breast tumors, early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment. Ultrasound-guided Mammotome Biopsy System has important value in the clinical application, worthy of further clinical application. |
