Part I An analysis of prognosis factors for patients with endometrialcancerObjective: To explore the prognosis of Endometrial cancer and the related factors. Methods: The clinical data of 313 patients with endometrial cancer from January 2008 to December 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. The prognosis factors of endometrial cancer were analyzed using univariate model and multivariate regression model.A statistically significant difference was indicated by P<0.05.Results: The 5-year overall survival rate was 87.9%.Univariate analysis showed the factors affecting the survival rate were FIGO surgical stage, histological type, histological grade,lymph-vascular invasion, depth of muscularis invasion, lymph node metastasis, adnexa metastasis,ER,PR.The Cox proportional hazards regression analysis indicated only lymph-vascular invasion, lymph node metastasis,PR were independent poor prognostic factors. Conclusion: Lymph-vascular invasion, lymph node metastasis,PR were independent poor prognostic factors. Part II An analysis of prognosis factors for patients with Epithelial Ovarian CancerObjective: To explore the prognosis of Epithelial Ovarian Cancer and the related factors. Methods: The clinical data of 106 patients with Epithelial Ovarian Cancer from January 2009 to December 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. The prognosis factors of Epithelial Ovarian Cancer were analyzed using univariate model and multivariate regression model.A statistically significant difference was indicated by P<0.05.Results: The 5-year overall survival rate was 52.1%. Univariate analysis showed the factors affecting the survival rate were age, ascites, residual cancer, FIGO surgical stage, histological type, lymph node metastasis, number of postoperative chemotherapy cycles. The Cox proportional hazards regression analysis indicated only FIGO surgical stage and number of postoperative chemotherapy cycles were independent poor prognostic factors. Conclusion: FIGO surgical stage and number of postoperative chemotherapy cycles were independent poor prognostic factors. Part III An analysis of prognosis factors for patients with early cervical cancerObjective: To explore the prognosis of early cervical cancer and the related factors. Methods: The clinical data of 244 patients with early cervical cancer from January 2008 to December 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. The prognosis factors of early cervical cancer were analyzed using univariate model and multivariate regression model. A statistically significant difference was indicated by P<0.05.Results: The 5-year overall survival rate was 84.8%.Univariate analysis showed the factors affecting the survival rate were tumor diameter, deep muscularis invasion,Lymph-vascular invasion. The Cox proportional hazards regression analysis indicated only tumor diameter, deep muscularis invasion were independent poor prognostic factors. Conclusion: tumor diameter, deep muscularis invasion were independent poor prognostic factors.
