| Objective To study the correlation between the RAAS-related genes associated with Western Guangxi Zhuang populations by China ischemic stroke subtyping cerebral infarction subtypes.Methods Polymerase chain reaction and gene sequencing technology were used for the genotyping in 193 patients and 169 normal controls with ACE gene, AGT gene M235T,AGTR1 gene A1166C,CYP11B2 gene -344C/T polymorphisms in a Western Guangxi Zhuang population,and to determine the correlation between the 4 genes polymorphisms and cerebral infarction by multinomial binary logistic regression analysis.Result A total of 193 patients with cerebral infarction and 169 healthy controls were included in the study.The frequencies of the ACE gene DD genotype(χ2=6.4036,P=0.047)and D allele(χ2=6.8803,P=0.0087),the frequencies of the AGT gene M235T TT genotype(χ2=13.5614,Pï¼0.0011) and T aliele (X2=4.28235,P=0.0385)in the LAA group were higher than those in the control group. The frequencies of the AGTR1 gene A1166C AC geneotype (χ2=4.0641, P=0.0438;χ2=4.9288,P=0.0260) and C allele (χ2=3.9129,P=0.0479;χ2=4.7864, P=0.0287) in the PAD group and CS group were higher than those in the control group.Logistics regression analysis showed that the odds ratio(OR)exposed to AGT gene M235T TT genotype and ACE gene allele D were 2.513 (OR=2.513, 95%CI:1.209~5.225) and 1.702(OR=1.702,95%CI:1.012~2.863) in LAA group.Conclusions The ACE gene allele D and AGT gene M235T TT genotype were associated with the risk of LAA group. RAAS-related gene polymorphism are not associated with the onset of PAD groupã€CS groupã€OE groupã€UE group in the Western Guangxi Zhuang population. |
