Objective:This case report and analysis for clinicians to improve the OSAHS rare disease factor, provide a comprehensive diagnosis and treatment ideas, open diagnosis and treatment perspective.Methods:Review the clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment methods of analysis by OSAHS Guangxi sleep apnea disease treatment center treated 1 cases of seminoma.Results:Patients with sleep for 12 hours,15 minutes of admission was found unconscious. Sleep history of snoring for 2 years. Patients with trachea intubation awake after the rescue. Polysomnography (PSG) detection in the diagnosis of OSAHS treated with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation NiPPV after treatment, the condition stable, but sleep respiratory pause index remains high, stop treatment NiPPV again sleep in a coma and the brain magnetic resonance (enhancement) of the medulla oblongata tumor tips. Medulla oblongata tumor resection, pathology seminoma of the medulla oblongata, after operation there was no sleeping, snoring, no recurrence of tumor 9 years of follow-up.Conclusion:OSAHS can be caused by medullary tumor, and should be paid attention to in clinical diagnosis and treatment.OSAHS patients with poor treatment effect of conventional NiPPV to actively seek the cause and diagnosis and treatment, lest delay the illness. The OSAHS caused by the tumor of the medulla of the medulla can be maintained by surgery, radiotherapy and NiPPV for long-term survival.
