| Objective: To observe the effect of Qiangxin Capsule intervention in chro nic heart failure rats of BNP, ET and Ang II,which study of Qiangxin Capsule inhibited the excessive activation of the neuroendocrine system preliminary,so t hat to know how may it improve the mechanism of heart failure.Methods:This study Selected 100 SD rats. we selected 10 rats from them at randomly,as a normal control group(Y). The rest 90 rats used the method o f injection of doxorubicin hydrochloride through intraperitoneal to reply chronic heart failure rats model. The successful model of rats were randomly divided into the 5 groups, the model group(M), the captopril group(K), the Qiangxin Capsule group with high dose(G), the Qiangxin Capsule group with medium dose(Z), the Qiangxin Capsule group with low dose(D). Group Y and group M were given normal saline 20ml/kg, group K was given to captopri 0.1g/kg, groups G, Z, M were given Qiangxin Capsule 0.8g/kg, 0.4g/kg, 0.2g/kg throu gh gastric lavage. After 4 weeks treatment, getting blood sampling from abdom inal aorta and removing the animals heart. After these correlation processing,P asma and cardiac tissue levels of ET, Ang II and BNP in blood serum were measured by ELISA.Results:â‘ The expression level of serum BNP of model group was higher than that of the normal control group, and there are Statistically significant dif ferences(P<0.01). The expression level of serum BNP is lower than that of co mparing model group with the positive control group, Qiangxin Capsule group with middle,high dose, there is Statistically significant differences(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The expression level of BNP of the Qiangxin Capsule group with low d ose(D) was lower than that in the model group, there is no Statistically signif icant differences(P>0.05).â‘¡The content of ET in plasma of the model group was higher than that in normal control group,and there are Statistically significant differences(P<0.01). The treatment groups compared with the model group,which the expression level of ET in plasma were lower than that of model gr oup. After every group compared with each other by the sample variance analy sis,,and we found that the expression level of ET of the rest groups were lowe r than the model group except the Qiangxin Capsule group with low dose,and there are Statistically significant differences(P<0.01 or P<0.05).â‘¢In the model group of myocardial tissue in ET was higher than that of normal control grou p, and there is Statistically significant differences(P<0.01).The Qiangxin Capsul e group with medium and high dose compared with model group,the content of ET of myocardial tissue was lower than that of model group,and there is St atistically significant differences(P<0.05). Comparring with the positive contro l group and model group, the content of ET in myocardial tissue of the positiv e control group is lower, and there is Statistically significant differences(P<0.01). The expression level of myocardial tissue in ET of the Qiangxin Capsule g roup with low dose is lower than that of model group,but there are no statistic ally significant differences(P>0.05).â‘£The expression level of Angâ…¡ was hig her than that of the normal control group and model group in plasma and my ocardial tissue,and the differences all have Statistically significant(P<0.01).It Shows that the expression level of Angâ…¡ in rats with heart failure was signifi cantly higher than that in normal rats. Comparring with the model group, the e xpression of Ang II levels have different degrees of the rest of the treatment g roup of the plasma and the myocardial tissue except the Qiangxin Capsule gro up with low dose,and there is Statistically significant differences(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:Qiangxin Capsule can reduce the expression level of the neuro endocrine factors effectively, which are the serum levels of BNP,ET and Ang I I in plasma and myocardium. It shows that Qiangxin Capsule can prevent the excessive activation of neuroendocrine,so as to improve heart function. |
