| Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of endovenous laser treat ment combined with high ligation and partial stripped and traditional surg ical treatment C4 ~ C6 level of varicose great saphenous vein. Methods: S elected and retrospectively analyzed the clinical features of 30 patients who had suffered of C4 ~ C6 level great saphenous varicose veins and h ad been treated by endovenous laser treatment combined with high ligatio n and partial stripped and 30 cases accepted traditional surgical treatment in the First People’s Hospital of Nanning affiliated to Guangxi Medical University from September 2012 to April 2014..Results: In the operation ti me, average bleeding volume, operative incision quantity and average hospitaliz ation time, The operation combined with laser group were significantly lower th an The traditional operation group, which was statistically significant differenc e(P<0.05).No great difference between the two groups in terms of postoperati ve complications(P>0.05). The ultrasonic Doppler examinations that all the p atients had, separately, after 1 week, 6 months and 12 months, showed that there was no statistically difference in the closure rate of the great saphenous ve ins after 12 months, iand the rate of the operation combined with laser grou p was 93.3% and that of the traditional operation group was 83.3%..Conclus ion: Endovenous laser treatment combined with high ligation partial stripped of C4 ~ C6 level great saphenous vein is Effective and safe. However th e operation combined with laser group has the advantages of shorter operation ti me, quicker postoperative recovery, less bleeding, minimal invasion and the po stoperative appearance... |
