Objective To explore the correlation between macrophage polarization pathway andatherosclerosis.Methods male New Zealand rabbits were 80 normal diet after a week were randomly devided into two groups: high fat diet group and normal diet group, 40 rats each,fedtwenty fourth weeks were killed, blood lipids, serum intercellular adhesion molecule1,IL-8,IL-10 and IL-12 protein immunohistochemical detection,statistical specimen sourceinformation analysis of IL-10 and IL-12 protein and limb atherosclerptic vascular pathologycorrelation.Results arteriosclerosis group rabbits were TC,LDL-C,TG increased significantly compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significantly compareds ignificant(P<0.05, HDL-C), arteriosclerosis group compared with the control group decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant,arteriosclerosis group, rabbit serum vascular cell adhesion molecule 1, interleukin-8(IL-8) was significantly higher than that of normal control group, with statistical significance, the difference between P<0.05, IL-10 expressionin atherosclerosis of the positive rate and expression intensity was lower than the controlgroup(P<0.05) in patients with vascular specimens, the positive rate and expression intensity of expression of IL-12 in atherosclerosis was significantly higher than that incontrol group(P<0.05) in patients with vascular specimens.Conclusion the rabbit atherosclerosis formation process, prolonging the appearance ofhigh fat feeding time, macrophages in atherosclerotic lesions in rabbit vascular polarizationfor M2 polarization and M1 phenotype of macrophage, and the extent of M1 phenotype ofpolarization degree and arterial stenosis was positively correlated.
