Nursing Professional Practice Teaching Management Research In Z College

Nursing specialty is an applied and practical.At present, the medical institutions of professional quality and comprehensive ability of nursing graduates put forward the up-date, higher request, nursing graduates employment situation is serious.In the process of nursing personnel training to strengthen the practice teaching management, is to improve the primary part of nursing students comprehensive abilities and skills for new jobs. This paper based on the analysis of the Z college undergraduate nursing professional practice teaching management on the basis of the status quo, pointed out that the old concepts in practical teaching in professional practice teaching, practice teaching system construc-tion lag, practice curriculum is not reasonable, the practice teaching teachers great mo-bility, personnel training mode of aging and limited for ensuring adequate funding for practice teaching, then, the causes of these problems has carried on the systematic analy-sis, mainly because of the idea of "the theory of light practice" entrenched, lack of effec-tive evaluation mechanism, imperfect practice curriculum, lack of regular practice of teachers, lack of practice teaching information system, practice teaching, stress causes such as inadequate funding sources.Secondly, in view of the current management status and problems, in draw lessons from the successful experience of other colleges and uni-versities, and combined with the actual situation Z, on the basis of constructing the prac-tical teaching management system with the characteristic of Z college, this paper ex-pounds the significance of constructing the system, the goal, the principle of building and running mechanism, form a set of practical teaching management standard system, monitoring system, evaluation system, the closed loop system for the integration of cir-culation system, and based on this put forward strategies for the improvement of Z col-lege practical teaching management, including:reverse the old practice values, strength-en the supervision of practice teaching and security, optimize the structure of courses and professional, to strengthen the construction of teaching staff, innovative talent training mode and improve practical teaching conditions, so as to continuously improve the qual-ity of Z college nursing professional practice teaching, improve nursing students’ com-prehensive ability and practical skills.
