Objective: Select the best methods to drying methods and storage conditions of Chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat) Tzvel.cv.ChujuMethod:1.Try out different methods to dehydrate Chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat)Tzvel.cv.Chuju such as shade drying, sun drying, oven drying,steaming drying and microwave drying.2.Try out the storing conditions of Chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat) Tzvel.cv.Chuju in different temperature and packing materials.3.Adopt HPLC to determine the percentage of three ingredients such as Chlorogenic acid, Luteoloside and 3-3,5-Dicaffeoyl quinic acid in Chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat) Tzvel.cv.Chuju when conducting in different temperature and packing materials.Results:1.There are 0.150% Chlorogenic acid, 0.0392% Luteoloside and 1.204%3-3,5-Dicaffeoyl quinic acid in the Chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat) Tzvel.cv.Chuju after sun drying; There are 0.176%Chlorogenic acid, 0.0578% Luteoloside and1.577% 3-3,5-Dicaffeoyl quinic acid in the Chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat)Tzvel.cv.Chuju after shade drying; There are 0.223% Chlorogenic acid, 0.0443%Luteoloside and 1.194% 3-3,5-Dicaffeoyl quinic acid in the Chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat) Tzvel.cv.Chuju after 60℃ oven drying; There are 0.391% Chlorogenic acid,0.0948% Luteoloside and 1.071% 3-3,5-Dicaffeoyl quinic acid in the Chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat) Tzvel.cv.Chuju after steaming 8 min and 80℃ oven drying; There are 0.461% Chlorogenic acid, 0.0988% Luteoloside and 1.468% 3-3,5-Dicaffeoyl quinic acid in the Chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat) Tzvel.cv.Chuju after microwave drying.2.When adopting steaming drying to process Chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat)Tzvel.cv.Chuju, the results are as follows: First, when the oven temperature is 60℃ andthe time of steaming increases from 3min to 8min, the percentage of Chlorogenic acid reduces from 0.406% to 0.381%, the percentage of Luteoloside increases from 0.0765%to 0.0884%, the percentage of 3-3,5-Dicaffeoyl quinic acid reduces from 1.600% to1.226%; Second, when the oven temperature is 70℃ and the time of steaming increases from 3min to 8min, the percentage of Chlorogenic acid reduces from 0.405% to 0.387,the percentage of Luteoloside increases from 0.0743% to 0.0882%, the percentage of3-3,5-Dicaffeoyl quinic acid reduces from 1.521% to 1.281%; Third, when the oven temperature is 80 ℃ and the time of steaming increases from 3min to 8min, the percentage of Chlorogenic acid reduces from 0.410% to 0.391, the percentage of Luteoloside increases from 0.0782% to 0.0948%, the percentage of 3-3,5-Dicaffeoyl quinic acid reduces from 1.306% to 1.071%; Fourth, when the oven temperature is 90℃and the time of steaming increases from 3min to 8min, the percentage of Chlorogenic acid reduces from 0.416% to 0.368, the percentage of Luteoloside increases from0.0839% to 0.0952%, the percentage of 3-3,5-Dicaffeoyl quinic acid reduces from1.211% to 1.005%; Last, when the oven temperature is 100℃ and the time of steaming increases from 3min to 8min, the percentage of Chlorogenic acid reduces from 0.420%to 0.345, the percentage of Luteoloside increases from 0.0743% to 0.0965%, the percentage of 3-3,5-Dicaffeoyl quinic acid reduces from 1.107% to 0.914%.3.When the moisture gradient of 11% Chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat)Tzvel.cv.Chuju in 4℃ refrigerator, the results are as follows: Using ordinary packaging,the percentage of Chlorogenic acid was 0.362%, the percentage of Luteoloside was0.0520%, the percentage of 3-3,5-Dicaffeoyl quinic acid was 1.257%; Using vacuum packaging, the percentage of Chlorogenic acid was 0.353%, the percentage of Luteoloside was 0.0517%, the percentage of 3-3,5-Dicaffeoyl quinic acid was 1.455%;Using nitrogen filling packaging, the percentage of Chlorogenic acid was 0.381%, the percentage of Luteoloside was 0.0542%, the percentage of 3-3,5-Dicaffeoyl quinic acid was 1.283%; By using deoxidizer packaging, the percentage of Chlorogenic acid was0.326%, the percentage of Luteoloside was 0.0567%the percentage of 3-3,5-Dicaffeoyl quinic acid was 1.357%.4.When the moisture gradient of 11% Chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat)Tzvel.cv.Chuju using ordinary packaging, the results are as follows: In the 4℃repository,the percentage of Chlorogenic acid was 0.362%, the percentage of Luteoloside was0.0520%, the percentage of 3-3,5-Dicaffeoyl quinic acid was 1.257%; In the cool repository, the percentage of Chlorogenic acid was 0.297%, the percentage of Luteoloside was 0.0801%, the percentage of 3-3,5-Dicaffeoyl quinic acid was 1.102%;In the room temperature repository, the percentage of Chlorogenic acid was 0.254%, the percentage of Luteoloside was 0.0849%, the percentage of 3-3,5-Dicaffeoyl quinic acid was 0.0884%.Conclusion:1.Comparing the five drying methods, adopting Steamed drying and microwave drying processing of Chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat) Tzvel.cv.Chuju, Chlorogenic acid,Luteoloside and 3-3,5-Dicaffeoyl quinic acid content is higher. Considering the machining efficiency of microwave drying is lower, and the cost is higher, so in mass-production, we recommended adopting steaming drying to process Chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat) Tzvel.cv.Chuju.2.Studying the steaming drying to process Chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat)Tzvel.cv.Chuju, with the increase of drying temperature and longer duration of steamed,Luteoloside content gradually increased, 3-3,5-Dicaffeoyl quinic acid content gradually reduced; The content of chlorogenic acid in steamed time 3 min, 4min, and 5min, with the increase of drying temperature, content is gradually increasing, when steamed 6 time min and 8min, the highest content at 80 ℃.Considering that Luteoloside content in Chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat) Tzvel.cv.Chuju is low, in steamed time of 6min,the drying temperature is 100℃ and steamed time is 8min, the drying temperature is80℃, 90℃ and 90℃ when Luteoloside content is higher, and the difference of several drying methods have no difference, but at 90℃ and 100℃ drying, chlorogenic acidcontent decline dramatically. So choose steamed time is 8min, drying temperature of80 ℃ is the best drying techniques of Chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat)Tzvel.cv.Chuju.3.Study on Storage Conditions of Chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat) Tzvel.cv.Chuju,with the reduce of moisture in Chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat) Tzvel.cv.Chuju,chlorogenic acid, luteoloside and 3-3,5-Dicaffeoyl quinic acid content is gradually increasing, so the Chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat) Tzvel.cv.Chuju water should be controlled at 11%; From different packing method in Chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat) Tzvel.cv.Chuju, you can see, by using deoxidizer packaging, the percentage of Chlorogenic acid is low, using ordinary packaging and Using nitrogen filling packaging,the percentage of 3-3,5-Dicaffeoyl quinic acid is low.Therefore, choose the method of vacuum packaging; Chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat) Tzvel.cv.Chuju in the 4 ℃repository, the color and the variation in content of three kinds of effective components is small, so suggest Chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat) Tzvel.cv.Chuju save with 4℃repository. So control Chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat) Tzvel.cv.Chuju the moisture gradient at 11% with the method of vacuum packing in 4℃ refrigerator is the best storage conditions.
